Good morning to all, I have a really bad cold and yesterday felt very poorly, I was so cold my hands and feet were like ice even though the heating was on, I didn't even go on line which is unusual for me!
I am going to take it easy today and just try and keep in the warm with hot cups of tea. Yesterday I just couldn't be bothered to make myself any dinner infact I lay on the settee all afternoon and evening, very lazy and not like me at all.

Stay in the warm and take it easy Carole. You need to take extra care of yourself. If there is anything I can do, just give me a call. I hope you are soon feeling better!
