Well we have another lovely day, at this very moment it is glorious outside.
I have been baking again, I have made some special lemon cakes and also a lemon meringue pie for my friend Sally who cannot have ordinary sugar, I have to bake with splenda.
I am hoping to pop round to Sally and Jean (her Mum) with them, and get her to try one to see if it is alright, especially the lemon meringue pie! Sally told me that if they go out for a meal she so wants to order the lemon meringue pie so this is for you Sally!!!
Luke is still here, today he is hoping to do some school work on my computer, so I won't be on here for long.
