Thursday Evening

Good evening, I hope you have had a good day. Its been a nice day here, quite bright and sunny.

I walked into the village this afternoon, as I have been told to do a bit of walking it might help my back. I am OK when walking its when I sit down that the pain it bad and especially when I try to get up out of the chair.

Karen's car had its MOT yesterday but unfortunately it failed, it was going to cost a lot to put right so she has had it scrapped. I think she is going to concentrate on her NVQ and when she has completed it then she will start having some driving lessons.

I am resting my back at present and going to have a relaxing evening.
