Monday Evening

Good evening, I hope you have had a good day. I have had a very busy day, I made a Shepherds Pie for Karen and the family and took it round to them then I popped into Phil and Lorraine's for a quick chat.

At lunch time I went to the Chiropractor's and she was really pleased with my progress and said that my back was a lot better, my next appointment is in three weeks time.

This evening I have been baby sitting at Karen's while she went out with three of her friends for a meal, a treat for her as it is her birthday this week.

I think I am now ready for bed, say will say good nite to you all.
