Sunday Evening

I hope you have had a lovely Sunday, its been quite a nice day here on the East Coast.

On Friday I went to see the Chiropractor and she said that I have damaged my back, it is going to take at least 6 -8 weeks before I will feel better. I have to see her again in 10 days time.

Its been painful since I saw her but this is normal.

We had some lovely news on Friday afternoon, my Sister's youngest son John and Holly had a beautiful little girl named Ruby, weighing in at 6 lbs 9 ozs at 15.42. The most precious gift Holly could give John for his birthday which was the next day!!!

I am just about to go and pick Luke up as he is staying with me tonight.
