Good evening I have just got back from Phil and Lorraine's. I went there this afternoon to keep an eye on the teenagers and to cook dinner as Lorraine had to go to a funeral in London and Phil was working.
They were fine and helped me with the dinner etc I left before Lorraine got home but Phil arrived home about 5.30pm jumped straight into the bath and was able to have dinner.
I had to go to the doctor's surgery this morning to have a blood test and was there quite a while, will get the results next week.
I am now going to relax before going to bed, so I wish you all a good night.
