This morning it has been raining quite a lot but fortunately it has now stopped. We are lucky here in the East Coast as we have no snow at present unlike many districts that have had quite a few inches.

I have been out to see Lorraine and whilst there Luke came home from school, he had been sent home unwell with pains in his stomach. Lorraine has had to take him to hospital and I have just heard that they have checked his bloods and other tests, they think it is probably his appendix but as he is feeling a bit better they are sending him home but if he feels bad again to bring him straight back. ( its all happening!!!)
My back is a little better but I am still having to be very careful, and the pain is still there. I am hoping that it will eventually feel better.

What a worry these children are, aren't they? So glad Luke seems to be doing better. It was lovely to see you today Carole, and thank you for " Mum sitting " while I went to the chemists. You are a real treasure to us both.
